Product cancellation, returns and refunds
Please note that you do not have a right under the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134) to cancel orders in respect of perishable items.
If you would like to return the non-perishable items that you have ordered, please contact Us by email to arrange the return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
